Hilton Tour and Travels

1. Booking and Payment

  • A minimum of 50% of the total tour cost must be paid at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days before the travel date.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • 30 days or more before departure: 80% refund
  • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
  • 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation.

3. Amendment and Rescheduling

  • Any amendment or rescheduling request must be made in writing.
  • Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Hilton Tour and Travels reserves the right to refuse amendments within 7 days of departure.

4. Travel Documents

  • All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct travel documents, permits, and passes where applicable.

5. Hotel and Transport

  • Hotels are booked based on availability and are subject to change with equivalent category options.
  • Transportation will be arranged as per the package and will be shared or private, depending on the booking.

6. Liability

  • Hilton Tour and Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or delay due to natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.

7. Health and Safety

  • Customers are advised to carry any personal medication and inform the company about any medical condition prior to booking.
  • COVID-19 guidelines or any other travel advisories issued by government authorities must be followed strictly.

8. Force Majeure

  • Hilton Tour and Travels shall not be held responsible for non-performance of obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints must be reported immediately during the tour to our local representative or customer support.
  • Disputes, if any, are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State].

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By booking a tour with Hilton Tour and Travels, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
