A minimum of 50% of the total tour cost must be paid at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be cleared at least 7 days before the travel date.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
30 days or more before departure: 80% refund
15–29 days before departure: 50% refund
7–14 days before departure: 25% refund
Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after cancellation.
3. Amendment and Rescheduling
Any amendment or rescheduling request must be made in writing.
Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Hilton Tour and Travels reserves the right to refuse amendments within 7 days of departure.
4. Travel Documents
All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID proof.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the correct travel documents, permits, and passes where applicable.
5. Hotel and Transport
Hotels are booked based on availability and are subject to change with equivalent category options.
Transportation will be arranged as per the package and will be shared or private, depending on the booking.
6. Liability
Hilton Tour and Travels is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, or delay due to natural calamities, strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
7. Health and Safety
Customers are advised to carry any personal medication and inform the company about any medical condition prior to booking.
COVID-19 guidelines or any other travel advisories issued by government authorities must be followed strictly.
8. Force Majeure
Hilton Tour and Travels shall not be held responsible for non-performance of obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, war, strikes, or government restrictions.
